Full Service Groom
Includes bath, brush, cutting of nails, cleaning of
ears, and Standard Hair Cut. Initial consultation with Groomer.
Full Service Bath
Includes everything except haircut. (Includes
bath,blow dry, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, and minor trimming.
Minor trimming, evening up, may incur additional cost, it would include
trimming paws, feathers, ears and tail if needed.)
Additional Services:
• De-shedding treatment: We
are an Authorized Furminator Facility. Does
your pet have a heavy undercoat or shedding problems? This treatment uses
a combination of select shampoo and conditioner to loosen hair and special
brushes to remove undercoat. read more about it here.
• Teeth Brushing: Help
prevent bad breath, gingivitis, and periodontal disease.
Please understand that we WILL NOT put our groomers at risk if dog is
intolerant of this.

Nail Grinding: Smoother finish, reduces
scratching on hardwood floors, furniture, and you!
Communicate with your Groomer
- It is important to us that your dog is groomed to your
expectations. Please communicate with your groomer how you would like
your dog groomed.
We offer multiple types of all natural
shampoos including Oatmeal, Hypo-allergenic, Flea, Whitening and others
all designed to create a healthy and beautiful dog. Your groomer works
with you to decide what type of product and style will work for your dog
and you.
Many breeds have a variety of styles and cuts that are appropriate for
them. If you have a preferred style, length, or other preference, please
share these preferences with the groomer when dropping off your dog. Your
groomer will keep records of the grooming service for each appointment
and will let you know if there were any concerns or issues with your dogs
grooming that need to be brought to your attention.
Brush out and pre-bath trim
Dogs are brushed. Pads, feet and hygiene areas are trimmed.
Bathed using all natural and specialized shampoos according your pets
needs.
Ears are cleaned with natural cleaning solutions, .
Nails clipped and smoothed
Dried and brushed again
All dogs are fluffed and blow-dried by hand.
Trimmed (if applicable)
We specialize in AKC clips for your dog. Most important we create what
you want.
We'd love to give your dog a bow and a treat if it is OK with you. (This
is one of our free extras!)
There is an additional charge for dogs left
more than 5 hours without prior arrangements.
Dogs staying more than 4 hours are given water and a brief walk (Another
one of our free extras!)
Post-Groom consultation
When you pick up your pet, your groomer will discuss any problems that
may need to be brought to your attention such as hot spots, dry skin,
fleas etc.

Behavior
Please disclose anyissues that your pet may have or has
had in the past when going to the Vet or being groomed (i.e. aggression,
likes/dislikes, and health conditions). This policy is to ensure health
and safety of both pet and Groomer. You will be informed upon pick up
if your pet had any issues or problems with any part of the grooming process.
Disclosing that a pet may have aggressive tendencies does not automatically
result in a refusal to groom. This allows the groomer to be mindful of
the pet's behavior while being groomed so the groomer can avoid being
bitten, avoid injury to the petand make the grooming experience pleasant
for your pet.
Refusal of Services
Ears to Rears reserves the right to refuse service to overly aggressive
pets, severely matted pets, or pets with health issues that may require
a visit to the veterinarian.

has the right to refuse any dog deemed to difficult to handle, overly
aggressive, severely matted, or with health issues that may require a
visit to the veterinarian whether grooming is completed or not. Owner
is responsible for notifying Ears to Rears prior to grooming of previous
bites, bite attempts or other behavior problems.
Any issues (health or behavior) not
disclosed to the Groomer by the Owner or unknown by the Owner, may result
in the immediate termination of the grooming session at the Owner's expense.
